Kin Song is responsible for all aspects of Rockworth’s business with a focus on strategy, transactions, business development and investor relations. Kin Song is also appointed as a director to the board of ASX-listed Elanor Investors Group.
With over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Kin Song specialises in acquisitions, asset management, business development and leasing. He has extensive experience across multi-core real estate sectors in Australia and South East Asia.
Kin Song has been the key driver of Rockworth’s rapid growth in its assets under management since its inception in 2011, and provided leadership and strategic direction in transactions, corporate development, capital allocation and asset management. Prior to founding Rockworth in 2011, Kin Song held various positions in leading property groups in Asia, including Frasers Centrepoint Ltd, Ascendas-MGM Funds Management and the CapitaLand Group.
Kin Song holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Chapman oversees the Group’s business and operations in Australia with direct responsibility over portfolio strategies and investment management to drive value creation and optimise returns for investors.
Chapman has over 18 years of real estate experience across Asia Pacific covering investment, asset management, capital management and research.
Prior to joining Rockworth, he spent over 11 years with the Mapletree Group where he served as Co-Head, Asset Management / Investments of Mapletree Commercial Trust Management Ltd (“MCT”). He was responsible for investments and asset management of commercial properties in Singapore, and played a key role in numerous equity fund raising activities amounting to over S$2 billion, including the successful listing of MCT on the mainboard of the SGX-ST.
Before this, Chapman was the Vice President at Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd where he was responsible for the daily management of a pan-Asian private equity real estate mezzanine fund and has delivered strong total returns for the fund upon realisation of its investments. Before joining Mapletree, Chapman held various positions at ARA Asset Management Ltd, DBS Bank Ltd and CapitaLand Ltd.
Chapman holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with First Class Honours from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom.
Fui Wui oversees the finance and reporting, treasury and tax functions at Rockworth, as well as other corporate matters.
Prior to joining Rockworth, he spent over 11 years with Prologis Singapore, where he was responsible for fund reporting, tax and financial operations.
Fui Wui started his career in audit, where he undertook various roles at local and international firms including Ernst & Young and ARA Asset Management Ltd, the manager of the Fortune REIT, where he was responsible for the REIT’s finance and reporting and was actively involved in fundraising exercises.
Previously at ARA Asset Management, he covered the areas of finance and reporting at Fortune REIT, and he was also actively involved in the REIT’s fundraising exercise. Fui Wui is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
Charmaine is the Head of Acquisitions and is responsible for the origination, evaluation and execution of property transactions for the Group.
With over 13 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industries, she has been directly involved in the initiation, sourcing and execution of deals across Asia Pacific, including countries like Australia, China, Japan and Korea.
Prior to joining RCP, she was with an European fund management company for 10 years, involved in the strategic planning and execution of its Asian investment strategy. She also held previous investment roles at Morgan Stanley and CapitaLand which spanned portfolio allocation, investment advisory, investor relations, risk management and corporate finance.
Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Business Management with First Class Honours from the Singapore Management University, majoring in Finance and Law.
Eng Teck oversees the facilities management, projects and engineering functions at Rockworth.
Prior to joining Rockworth, he spent over 15 years in multi-disciplinary consultancy firms with CPG, AECOM and Surbana Jurong, where he was responsible for design development, supervision, testing and commissioning and maintenance of building services systems for commercial, healthcare and infrastructure projects such as shopping mall, offices, rail stations and tunnels, laboratories and hospital.
Eng Teck is a Professional Engineer registered with the Singapore Professional Engineer Board and has been practicing since 2004 as a qualified person to ensure compliance to codes and good engineering practices/standards.
